Irecruiters Africa needed a social presence that reflected its position as a senior executive search partner, rather than another agency focused on job postings. I developed a series of high-impact posts within a repeatable visual system, positioning hiring as a strategic leadership challenge rather than a routine HR task.
The audience consists of CHROs, founders, and senior business leaders, not job seekers. Every post needed to communicate at a peer level, addressing business risk and leadership priorities rather than promoting recruitment services.
Every post follows a consistent structure: a subtle grid background, a glass-panel headline box, and photography selected to reinforce the message through visual context and body language.
A woman holding up three fingers reinforces the “3 questions” headline, making the photography an intentional part of the message rather than a decorative element.
International Women's Day still needed to feel distinctly Irecruiters: the same grid background, glass headline box, and red brand accent, adapted with a warmer message and a group photograph instead of a solo power pose.
More creative capacity. Faster execution. No full-time hire.
